Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. Blanco Clothing offers free exchanges on all U.S. orders and a 14-day return policy on all items.

 

Return Policy:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached when applicable.
  • All original packaging must be included and returned unused.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

 

International Orders Policy

  •  International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including initial orders, returns for refunds, and exchanges.
  •  International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, border taxes, import duties, or other related charges imposed by their country.

 

How to return or exchange an item (U.S orders only):

  1. Register your return here.
  2. Package the items securely in their original packaging (or a similar-sized box if unavailable).
  3. Print & attach the return label on top of the original shipping label. 
  4. Drop off or schedule a pickup with the shipping carrier listed on your return label (USPS, FedEx, or DHL).

All returns should be requested through our return portal. 

If you opted-in to Checkout+, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free! 

If you opted out of Checkout+, no worries! You are still able to submit your return through our portal. However, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Return labels should be purchased through our customer portal. 

Processing Time:


Returns are usually processed within 14 business days after receiving the item.
